Exporters/Distributors: One of our customer service representatives will call or email you to determine shipping charges (i.e. weight, freight, customs) and confirm the order.
Exchange of damaged merchandise only. The company must receive request for exchange of damaged merchandise within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. CKV Nail System products has the right to refuse returns. No returns of products due to misuse or abuse.
Shipments & Returns
Allow 3 working days for processing. Damages in shipment must be reported to carrier within 48 hours. No returns will be accepted without authorization. All returns are subject to a 15% restock charge. Customers are responsible for all freight charges for refused and returned shipments. Credit will be issued only for merchandise in sellable condition. THERE ARE NO CASH REFUNDS. Fed-Ex delivery service, UPS overnight, 2nd Day Air or 3rd Day Air services are available for an additional charge.
